Introduction: In recent years, High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Energy (HIFEM) has emerged as an innovative therapeutic alternative that induces supramaximal muscle contractions, promoting functional rehabilitation of the pelvic floor. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of HIFEM therapy in improving symptoms and quality of life in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methodology: Descriptive, ambispective, field, quasi-experimental study. The sample consisted of 48 patients who underwent HIFEM therapy, divided into three groups. “Group A” consisted of patients who attended in 2023, with a pretest at the start of therapy and posttests at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years. Group B consisted of patients who began therapy in 2024 and underwent post-testing at 6 months and 1 year. Group C consisted of patients who began therapy in 2025 and underwent post-testing at 6 months. Results: The predominant age group was between 51 and 70 years old, with urinary incontinence being the most frequent reason for consultation. A sustained improvement in pelvic floor function was observed after HIFEM therapy, evidenced by a progressive decrease in urine leakage and an increase in sexual satisfaction. An improvement in quality of life was also observed. Conclusions: This study confirms the usefulness of HIFEM therapy as a non-invasive, safe, and effective alternative for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
