Impacted teeth are those that fail to erupt into their correct position within the dental arch during their normal eruption period due to a variety of systemic and local factors, such as pressure from adjacent teeth. This condition has significant clinical and radiographic implications. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of different therapeutic approaches for the orthodontic traction of impacted maxillary premolars, in order to reposition them correctly in the arch in relation to their adjacent and antagonist teeth. Case Presentation: The analysis of three clinical cases is involved. Case 1: This case involved a 14-year-old patient with Class I malocclusion and unilateral crowding, in whom a surgical button was placed to traction the premolar. Case 2: This case involved a 10-year-old patient with malposition of the first premolar germs, whose treatment consisted of extraction of these teeth to allow the eruption of the second premolars. Case 3: A 34-year-old male patient was treated with conventional orthodontics and clear aligners. Conclusion: This procedure is effective for treating impacted premolars, successfully bringing them into their correct position in the dental arch, using an individualized approach tailored to each case.
