Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular tumor in the child population, estimating that its annual incidence in the world is one case per 15,000 to 20,000 live births. The study of choice to evaluate these patients is magnetic resonance imaging because it better shows the characteristics of the tumor and its possible spread to other structures. A retrospective observational study was carried out on orbital magnetic resonance imaging performed on patients with a diagnosis of retinoblastoma who attended the imaging service of the Centro Medico Docente La Trinidad from January 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 with the objective of characterizing them, identify how many had unilateral, bilateral or trilateral pathology, review if they had been operated, find out if they presented dissemination of the disease and detail the most frequent findings in non-operated patients. A sample composed of 47 studies was obtained, made up of patients with an average age of 4.37 years, with a predominance of the female sex with 59.57%, 87.23%, presented unilateral retinoblastoma with the right eye being the most affected in 46.81% of the patients, the left in 40.43%; the remaining 12.77% had trilateral presentation. 89.36% of the patients had undergone surgery, 89% of the patients did not have dissemination of the disease. The presence of some sinusopathy was observed in 34% of the patients evaluated.
