It should be noted that approximately more than four decades ago, there was confusion in the interpretation and diagnosis of a good number of bone lesions, Likewise, a large number of bone tumors and pseudotumors have been described that affect the population, the most frequent being tumors of chondrogenic origin. Aim: Determine the chondrogenic tumors diagnosed in the bone tumors service of the Padre Machado Oncology Hospital, Caracas Venezuela, 2010-2023. Methods: The research was observational, descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 169 patients, with imaging studies and clinical history correctly performed. Results: The present study reports a slightly greater number of male patients, which are 52.1% (n=88) and female patients are 47.9% (n=81). According to the treatment applied according to the diagnosis with which the patient arrived, the highest concentration focuses on surgical treatment with 89.3% (n=151). Taking into account that the most common histopathological type observed was osteochondroma with 37.2% (n=63). It can be seen that depending on the type of procedure, the one with the highest proportion is incisional biopsy with 34.1% (n=78). It should be noted that the total number of procedures is 229, since there were cases in which several types of procedures were performed on a single patient.
