Breast carcinoma is heterogeneous pathology that presents an unpredictable biological behavior, however, in recent decades, surgical procedures have been refined to more conservative surgeries, this was prompted by radiotherapy and neoadjuvant therapy so that these are a prior to surgery. The present research work general objective is the histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis of androgenic luminal breast carcinomas in the Department of Pathology Service in the CMDLT, period 2018-2022, from which the specific objectives derive: 1 Determine the frequency of CMTN-LAR by immunolabeling of androgen receptors in the CMTN population. 2 Assess androgen receptor labeling in CMTN. 3 Histopathological comparison of CMTN-LAR with other CMTN.
In the Pathological Anatomy Service of the CMDLT Period 2018-2022. This research is developed in a methodological and observational framework, retrospective, descriptive. for which
148 cases of breast carcinoma were taken corresponding to the period 2018-2022 as a universe, of which 10 triple negative cases and a sample of 4 cases that presented positivity for RA are taken as a population. Concluding that the CMTN-AR can be differentiated from the morphological and point of view of CMTN in general, so the importance of this research lies in being able to establish differences of CMTNs in general of the luminal androgenic subtypes in order to offer this group a targeted therapy.
