The hypertensive pathologies of pregnancy currently represent one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality at the national level, hence it is necessary for the future Obstetric Medicine professionals to acquire the necessary skills to be able to diagnose these pathologies and their consequences on time and their complications. The objective of this article was to develop an application for mobile devices (app) that simplifies the understanding of the different signs and symptoms that can be evaluated by the patient, nurses, as well as their closest relative, who guide a probable diagnosis in a timely and rapid manner, which warrants medical attention from an obstetrician specializing in maternal-fetal management, so that the conduct is taken early in favor of reducing adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes due to lack of knowledge of hypertensive symptoms, evaluating the warning signs and those specific symptoms prior to the assessment of a specialist who should guide the patient and relatives at home to know the management and immediate conduct, always in conjunction with the assessment of the fetal status. This is to resolve the need for patients, family members and nurses to have guidance at that time when there is anguish, as well as to reduce the risk of excessive immediate transfer due to not having precise guidance on where the evolution of their pregnancy is and the hypertensive pathology.
